The Offstages Concept

Offstages is a Paris-based creative collective that designs immersive listening experiences and live sessions where music is experienced differently.

At the intersection of sound, space, and scenography, the collective creates moments in which listening becomes central—almost cinematic.

Each event is conceived as a sensory immersion, inviting the audience to slow down, feel, and rediscover music in all its depth.

A different listening experience

Offstages in Images

Music has profoundly changed the way we live.

But the way we listen to it has changed, too.

Albums have become playlists.

Listening has become background noise.

Offstages invites us to slow down.

To take the time to listen to an album in its entirety, as it was meant to be experienced.

Why Offstages Exists

One answer — music deserves to be truly listened to.

Today, music is often consumed quickly, fragmented between playlists and notifications.

Offstages invites us to slow down.

To take the time to listen to an album from beginning to end, as a complete work.

How a Session Works

01 — Arrival

Participants arrive in a space designed for listening.

Phones are set aside.

The noise of the outside world stays outside.

02 — The listening session

The album is played from beginning to end.

Each track takes its place.

Every transition has meaning.

The work is experienced as it was intended.

03 — After the album

Silence returns.

Sometimes a conversation begins.

Sometimes it’s simply a moment to sit with what we’ve just heard.
